We’ve all heard about good posture, but have you considered good breathing habits?

The way we breathe can have a positive or negative impact on health.  Poor breathing habits contribute to asthma, snoring, sleep apnea, anxiety, and brain fog as well as other health issues.  Healthy breathing habits can reduce or eliminate some of these health challenges, reduce airway irritation, and help increase oxygen delivery to bodily tissues – including your brain!

What is healthy breathing?  We’ll discuss the physiology of breathing, build awareness of our breathing habits, and cultivate healthy breathing.
