Yoga for Dark Days
Dreading the short dark days?
During this dark time of the year, we’ll cultivate light as an antidote.
The dark days of late autumn and winter can impact mood and energy levels. Through practices focusing on cultivating light we can address some of these challenges and maintain balance during this season.
Join us as we:
- discuss helpful practices and strategies for these challenges
- focus on cultivating light during this dark time of the year
- practice yoga, part of the practice by candlelight
Participants will have access to a short daily practice for home use to enhance the benefits of this class.
Dreading the short, dark days? Join us!
Our yoga practice will include postures, chanting, breathing practice & meditation. Practices will be adapted for individual needs.
Class size is limited. Register early to reserve your space.
