We will explore:
- healthy movement, alignment of the spine & joints
- breath practices during movement
- sequences of different poses arranged with a purpose
- adaptations that allow experienced students and newcomers to work at their own speed.

Online Classes start May 12th! (Formerly at Loch Sloy, 343 County Rd 22)
Tuesdays: 9 – 10 a.m. Gentle Yoga Practice to awaken, rebalance and energize.
Thursdays: 9 – 10 a.m. Exploratory Yoga Practice with a deeper dive into functional movement and breathing.
The cost for the month of May is a one-time donation of your choice. All proceeds will go to the PEC Covid-19 Fund, supporting the needs of vulnerable communities throughout the County.

Kelly’s classes have introduced me to a whole new style of yoga that is incredibly helpful. It is a very subtle yet deep practice that gives each person the opportunity to become more aware of the needs and reality of their unique body. Kelly’s teaching is considerate & responsive.
