Kelly’s classes have introduced me to a whole new style of yoga that is incredibly helpful. It is a very subtle yet deep practice that gives each person the opportunity to become more aware of the needs and reality of their unique body. Kelly’s teaching is considerate & responsive. Each class offers a new focus, but recurring themes & movements permit the building of strength & flexibility, both physical & mental. I am deeply appreciative at the end of every class.


My body moves better and my mind is calmer after Kelly’s classes. Some days it’s challenging to find time in my schedule, but afterwards I’m so glad I made it to class!
