Join us as we explore the toning, stretching, breathing, meditation and deep relaxation practices of yoga.
- Beneficial for people living with auto-immune disorders such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, MS, cancer as well as people healing from structural challenges such as chronic low back pain
- Postures are adjusted as appropriate for individual needs
- Breathing and meditation practices support the nervous system and build resilience to stress
- Chairs, bolsters, blankets, blocks: props offer extra support
