Yoga helps develop strength, mental focus, energy, calm, and self-awareness. Regular yoga practice encourages us to continually refine ourselves on all levels to be the best we can be. Melissa designs practices for the participants in each course and encourages them to modify poses to meet individual needs. What can yoga do for you today?

When I have to miss a class I really notice that I’ve missed it. I do my best to come every week because I feel so much better when I do.

I love to go to Melissa’s yoga class right after work. I lose the tension I walk into class with and I leave feeling relaxed and ready for the rest of my day.
